Having trouble with your programmer? Try these tips.

After replacing the batteries you must query the device to sync the device to your remote.

Trying to change settings and it's not working
If you notice the LED screen at the center of the Programmer blinking this means the communication was not successful.
1. The Personal Programmer may be too far away.
Reposition Personal Programmer directly over the Esteem Sound Processer, making sure it's touching your head paying close attention to distance.
The Personal PRogrammer will turn off automatically when left idle for 20 seconds. If you want to manually turn off the programmer, hold down the "Standby" setting until the screen turns off.
2. The Personal Programmer may be misaligned.
Reposition Personal Programmer over implanted Esteem device.
A steady LED screen and a confirmation tone indicate successful communication between the device and the Personal Programmer.
