Insights from Providers
"The technology [of the Esteem hearing implant] is just amazing. This implant is actually the Cadillac or Lamborghini of all hearing options out there. It’s expensive and it’s technologically much more advanced than everything else out there. It’s not for everyone. It’s for people who really care about the carefree lifestyle and the fact that they don’t have to put on something."
John Li, MD
/ Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat) SpecialistJupiter, FL“The Esteem has enabled us to provide a new treatment modality for a population of patients we previously could not help. This is a group of people who simply have not been satisfied with hearing aids and may not be candidates for other devices or procedures”
Jack Shohet, MD
/ Neurotologist/Otologist Orange County, CA“I found that patient understanding and realistic expectations are perhaps the most important criteria for successful outcomes. It takes close collaboration and synchronicity with the surgeon, an understanding of the uniqueness of each case, as well as a total commitment to the needs and best interests of each individual patient. As an audiologist, I was both ready for this commitment and eager to be able to change so many lives.”
